Spearfish Equipment is on the hunt for a high-energy team member to join us as an Equipment Sales Agent. In this role, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship to become a specialist in our Mahindra and Bobcat lines, as well as our used inventory.

Location: Spearfish, SD
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Be Selling:

• The Best in the Business: Brand new Bobcat loaders and Mahindra tractors.
• The Cool Stuff: Roxor off-road vehicles and a massive variety of used construction gear.
• The Solutions: Snow blowers, grapples, and construction attachments that solve our customers' biggest headaches.

The Game Plan (How You’ll Win):

• Digital Hunter: Use social media, Facebook Marketplace, and the internet to find leads before the competition does.
• Phone Warrior: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, follow up, and keep the conversation moving.
• Consultative Closing: Work person-to-person with local ranchers, contractors, and homeowners to find the right tool for their job.
• Master the "No": We will train you to handle objections, negotiate like a pro, and turn a "maybe" into a "sold."

• Social Savvy: You know how to make a piece of equipment look good on a smartphone camera.
